New and Returning Entries Ranked

1. Pink + White
This is really classy despite being kinda messy with the percussion and Beyoncé's backing vocals. But I dig the bassline and the spacey feeling.

2. Cool Girl
Back because of the video no doubt. Dunno how long it's gonna last, but more Tove Lo on the charts has always been a good thing in the past. And it's no different here.

3. Ivy
Out-of-tune guitars and bass, no percussion. It's weird but it works. Though the guitars overpower Frank's vocals at times, that's a bit of a problem. Other than that, it matches Frank's angst pretty well.

4. Nights
This has got a nice groove with the guitars and the contemplative lyrics. It seems a bit messy but it somehow comes together despite this in a way "The Life Of Pablo" often wouldn't.

5. Mercy
It's a little overdramatic, but then again so are almost all of Shawn Mendes' songs. This is definitely a lot better than Treat You Better, which is a relief. It's got a great piano melody and swell, so I'm on board with this.

6. Solo
This one's backed by what sounds like an out-of-tune organ. But it works. It shows conflict. At least I think it's supposed to. It fits Frank's voice and all.

7. I Met A Girl
Boy meets girl. It's a country ballad. It's not bad. Instrumentation and production are nice and organic aside from maybe the snare drum that runs throughout the song. But it's nothing really all that special and I doubt I'll remember it later today.

8. Nikes
The other Frank Ocean songs were fine but...I don't get this. It takes a little bit to get into the real meat of the song, but there's not a lot to it. And it ends with Japanese. Okay?

9. Move
Luke is seriously still releasing singles from "Kill The Lights"? Ugh. This basically uses the same awful template as Country Girl or That's My Kind Of Night. Badly produced country pandering that I have no use for. I can only pray this doesn't catch on like Luke's past two singles.

10. Too Much Sauce
Woooooow this is weak. Keys have absolutely no presence, there's no notable bars. Then again, what else could I expect from Lil Uzi Vert and Future?
