The Chainsmokers rule for a second week as Shawn Mendes makes it into the Top 10. Hooray. Bleh. Also there's Frank Ocean. Also bleh. Even though I heard the new albums are good. HIGHLIGHTS TIME!

So, wasn't expecting this. I did expect we'd get a new number 1 pretty soon. Just not that it would be Closer of all things. But I guess sometimes it can be hard to guess what the public is listening to repeatedly. HIGHLIGHTS TIME!

So, Suicide Squad continues to impact the charts in a week that's otherwise kinda slow. Fine by me considering I have to work this morning. HIGHLIGHTS TIME!

Album Review: SremmLife 2 by Rae Sremmurd

Well, you guys asked for it. And I deliver for some reason. These two were responsible for some of my most hated hip hop in 2015 and I don't expect they've gotten any better since last year. Now in preparation for this listen, I listened to the first SremmLife in full earlier today. And it sucked. 2/10. Will this be an improvement or even worse than before? Well, let's see.

So this week, The Chainsmokers snag a third Top 10 hit, and Suicide Squad continues to impact the charts. I'd say I'm fine with both but...we'll see. Also Sia continues to dominate the top. Hopefully it doesn't become another huge chart blocker. HIGHLIGHTS TIME!
