Billboard Hot 100 Highlights September 16th, 2017/17 Album Review/Luv Is Rage 2 Album Review

We uh...we've got a problem here. An easily predicted problem, but a problem nonetheless. Double album bomb from artists I don't like and Despacito having its shot at beating the number 1 record taken away from it. Joy. But let's see if there's something to salvage from this anyway. 

I'll be giving 17 and Luv Is Rage 2 reviews at the bottom. My song rankings will only include the returns and new entries not from these albums.
