93. Get You by Daniel Caesar ft. Kali Uchis

New and Returning Entries Ranked

1. Get You

Knew it was only a matter of time. This song is just incredible. It's very slow and I can see people thinking it's boring, but it is just so smooth and jazzy. Every instrument is atmospheric, Daniel Caesar has a lot of charisma and his falsetto is on point, and it's all very soothing. It's a good jazz throwback, and at this moment, I'd probably call it one of the best songs currently on the Hot 100. I will be rooting for this song in the long run. We could use more songs like this.

2. Love Lies

Three down, two to go. Your move, Dinah and Ally. In the meantime, this might be the best song Normani's been associated with. It's smooth and menacing, suiting both performers well. I do have gripes with the way the bass sounds, though. It's a bit too blubbery and on the cheap side than what I would like. But other than that, the rest of the mix sounds great. It hits a sweet spot and allows Khalid to be where he works best. Not bad.

3. Mayores

Eh, I still like this. Despite Bad Bunny being...bad. Ha!

4. Rubbin Off The Paint

I kinda expected that other YBN Nahmir song that's been bubbling for a couple weeks to take this song's place. Bleh. I still don't understand why anyone thinks this is anything special.

5. Corazon

Still boring. I'm honestly surprised with how much longevity this has had.

6. Female

I'm not listening to this again, despite it being a slow week. After the first couple of times you kinda get the idea that this is shallow and pandering. Why does it keep returning?
